The
CLR guides teachers in the preparation of their own low
cost teaching-learning materials, as part of its inservice
training programmes.
We also develop and publish a variety of
supplementary teaching-learning materials based on the
needs expressed by elementary schools and alternative educational
programmes. Prototypes are tried out in classrooms and
the feedback from this process is incorporated into the
final design of our published materials.

CLR teaching-learning materials are designed
for use in regular classrooms as well as by individual
children at home. They are particularly appropriate for
