The Centre for Learning Resources (CLR) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation (NGO) located in Pune, India. Since 1984, we have been working in the fields of Early Childhood Care and Development, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education and the Teaching of English in Maharashtra and other states in India. While we work also with post-secondary youth, our main goal is to improve the quality of early childhood care and development, early childhood and elementary education that rural and urban disadvantaged children receive in our country. As a technical support organisation, the CLR is committed to working in collaboration with all those government agencies and NGOs engaged in meeting this challenge.
